Why do I love exercise and why should you?
 
Going back as far as I can remember I have been doing something physical.  Kindergarden 1968, I made sure I could run faster than all the boys in my classroom.  Today,  I am still just as competitive when swimming 4 mornings a week with my neighbors making sure I am in front.  I couldn't imaging going a long period of time without breaking a sweat or feeling the burn in my muscles.  My passion for fitness may not be a fervent as yours however, the importance to get physical activity couldn't be more imperative. Reducing risks for life threatening diseases in addition to fending off preventable diseases like hypertension and atherosclerosis just by following a healthy life style.
 
Get out there and start moving your body.  It is worth it.
 
Take an exercise and do it for a full minute.  You feel the exercise, get the results and you can do it anywhere anytime because exercise is cumulative and it all adds up at the end of the day.
